Gold Package

Terms of membership:

★ All payments for membership are securely managed through PayPal. We do not store any credit card information.

★Membership with auto-bill on the 15th of each month for monthly rate of $60

★ Monthly autopay. No contracts.

★ Rescheduling/Canceling Appointments: No shows and late cancellations will lose the monthly head spa session. All cancellations or reschedules must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment otherwise it will count as a late cancellation.

★ Appointments are subject to availability

★ Enhancement services sold separately Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

★ Pauses: One membership pause permitted per year. Membership pause duration can be anywhere from 1 - 3 months.

★ Membership fees are non-refundable

★ Canceling Membership: All cancellation requests must be made in writing in email form to [email protected] directly, and must be made 30 days before the autopay processes. If a member wishes to rejoin membership after cancelling, a $50 rejoining fee will be accessed.

★ Jaan Holistic Wellness & Head Spa cannot assume responsibility for any personal belongings that may be lost or damaged during your visit.

★ We ask that all members maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards our staff and fellow clients.

★ Jaan Holistic Wellness & Head Spa reserves the right to modify the membership terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

★ Jaan Holistic Wellness & Head Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of terms or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Communication and Privacy

★Members agree to receive communication regarding their membership and special offers via email or SMS.

★ All member information is kept confidential and used solely for membership management and communication purposes.
